This Pool And Spa Renovation consisted of removing the existing spa, decking, coping, tile, and plaster down to the original concrete shell. The pool remodel included building a new spa, adding a raised pool wall, adding an entry shelf with steps, sheer descent water features, re-plumbing the pool, new electrical, equipment, decking, natural stone on all raised areas, coping, tile, re-plaster, privacy seat wall, and custom fire pit. The finish material selections and added features brought a renewed look to this twenty year old pool and spa. The projects finish materials consisted of Poured In Place Stamped Concrete Coping, Stamped Concrete Decking, Natural Fieldstone, NPT Glass Tile, And Tahoe Blue Mini Pebble Plaster.
